We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition and unused.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@meirava.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund (minus the 5% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
